Outdoor Bootcamp (45mins) and Foam Roller (45mins) classes are session based and NOT used with punchcards.

1-2-3 Fit Stretch: all levels welcome! (45 mins)
Join us as we take you through a variety of different stretching exercises. You will improve flexibility, help reduce soreness, decrease joint pain and just feel great after finishing this class. If you have never taken a class before, this class is a great introduction into a class environment in a non-intimidating atmosphere. If you already take classes, you will feel great knowing you received a deeper, more thorough stretching routine.
Outdoor Fitness: all levels (60 mins)
This class is designed to take advantage of the great outdoors of the PNW. Designed to last one hour, you will do interval walking and various strength and stretching exercises providing a great workout. If it is raining hard, the class will meet upstairs in the 1-2-3 Fit Studio. Grab a friend and join us for what will be a great time! Meets at 1-2-3 Fit.
Resistance Band & Body: beginner to intermediate (45mins)
These 45 minute co-ed classes focus on resistance and proper stretching techniques for the body. Resistance Band & Body utilizes resistance bands for balance, sculpting, toning as well as traditional stretching techniques. Here are a few of the benefits you can expect from a regular stretching program: reduced tension, increased energy levels, increased range of movement in the joints, enhanced muscular coordination
Ab Lab: beginner to intermediate (30 mins)
Ab Lab focuses intently on strengthening and developing our bodies’ core muscles. These muscles are used in every facet of our everyday lives. Having a strong core makes everything else we do easier, such as working out, balance, sitting and running among other things.
Your core muscles supply about 60% of your body’s overall power. Having a solid core helps stabilize and support your spine, which keeps you upright, well balanced and agile. This puts you at less risk for back injuries and can improve your posture as well as give you a flattering midsection. This class is great to take along with the Resistance Band & Body class which follows right after.
Stability Ball & Abs / Stability Ball & BLT: beginner to intermediate (45 mins)
Functional training and the core / butt, legs and thighs are the highlight of these coed classes. Using stability balls allow our bodies to focus on the core muscles in almost every exercise performed. You will develop the core muscles along with Abs or BLT utilizing a series of exercises on and with a stability ball. You provide the body, we provide the stability ball. These are fun classes you will be glad you took!
Yoga: beginner to intermediate (60 mins)
Yoga Basics is designed to introduce beginners to the basics of yoga. In Yoga Basics you will begin to build the foundation for your yoga practice and receive individualized attention as you gain flexibility, strength, and balance. In each class you will explore specific alignment of poses and sequences. Yoga Basics is perfect for stress relief and overall well being.
Cardio Boost: all levels welcome! (45 mins)
Cardio Boost is a high energy class which will keep you moving and help boost your metabolism. Prepare to feel great and kick start your weekend off with Cardio Boost!
Boot Camp Blast: all levels welcome! (45 mins)
Boot Camp Blast is a fun, upbeat class which will help you blast away those calories and leave you feeling energized! This class will use a variety of exercises to ensure you succeed at blasting those calories away. A great way to start the day is with Boot Camp Blast!
Circuit Boost: all levels welcome! (30 mins)
Circuit Boost is a FREE class open to 1-2-3 Fit members only. If you are looking to up the ante on your workout, this class is for you. This is a coach led circuit which promises to leave you sweating and feeling great. A workout towel is a must in this class as you will sweat!
Outdoor Bootcamp: all levels welcome! (60 mins)
This is a six week class which will challenge you to work hard and effectively to help you lose fat, tone and firm your body and leave you feeling great! The class will combine cardio, strength and resistance training and show you how to maximize fat burning potential. All this in a beautiful outdoor setting along the Silverdale waterfront
Classes run Mondays June 28th-August 2nd from 6pm-7pm.
$99 includes all Bootcamps PLUS six weeks membership at 1-2-3 Fit with FREE coaching PLUS before, during and after body composition analysis (at 1-2-3 Fit)
Drop in rates for Outdoor Bootcamp is $15.
Current 1-2-3 Fit members pay a reduced rate of $50.
ALL CLASSES: Please dress comfortably, wear gym shoes, bring a water bottle, exercise mat/large towel for lying on the ground and a great attitude. Unless otherwise noted, all classes are held upstairs in the 1-2-3 Fit Studio.
Unless otherwise noted, classes are $8 drop in rate or puchase a 10 class punchcard for only $50. Outdoor Bootcamp and Foam Roller classes not included in punchard purchase.
